Mon - Fri

Evening hours, after practice and after homework. We're high school students, so our customer support department is basically a couple of tired teenagers with laptops. Every night we review posts, approve new user content, expand permissions for trusted users, and remove spam before it reproduces.

Sat - Sun

Pretty much whenever we're awake, not playing sports, not doing homework, and not being told to clean something. On weekends we strategize business and new capabilities. We also take several important breaks to play video games. This is a highly sophisticated business operation.
